Born in Illinois and raised in Texas, Matt enjoyed a successful 26-year corporate career finishing the last 12 with Morgan Stanley. These opportunities took the Maxwell family from Texas to Georgia, via Pennsylvania and London, England. Without intending to build a long-term business, Matt began cleaning to take a break from the corporate grind and frequent travel and to enjoy the immediate gratification that multi-year corporate projects did not provide. What started as a 6-month working sabbatical has now grown into a successful business supporting families and creating jobs. Matt rejected calls to scale fast and hire more permanent staff because he feared that Maxwell Pressure Washing’s “secret sauce” was his attention to detail, proactive communication and unwavering honesty would be diluted in the pursuit of scale. Now, after building a reputation that has created strong commercial and residential partnerships through shared integrity and earned trust, Matt has found the perfect business partner in Kacee Ring, a US military veteran and like-minded workaholic, invested heavily into state of the art equipment and is actively marketing for the first time to realize the organizations true potential. Matt and his amazing wife, Gina have been married for over 30 years and have 3 beautiful grown children and a headstrong golden retriever.

Originally from Montana, Kacee joined the U.S. Army as a calvary scout right out of High School. During his 15-year military career, Kacee has lived in many states all over the U.S. including Texas, Washington, Alaska ultimately ended his career here in Georgia. Kacee was deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan during his career. Outside of his military career, Kacee is very active in the community and even has a role of Community Event Coordinator along with his fiancé, Kelsey and daughter, Blaire. He loves to be outside in nature with friends and family whether it be fishing or camping.Kacee has always had a true passion for helping people, whether that be in the military or with his family. Joining Maxwell Pressure Washing in January of 2024, Kacee is able to experience the American Dream by utilizing all of the experience he has developed to help expand a small business into a regional powerhouse in the exterior cleaning space.
